Catherine Dakota Bjørnevog
Catherine Dakota Bjørnevog is a Norwegian painter and performance artist at the Avantgarden Theatre. She currently lives in Trondheim where she graduated from 4 years of Art School.
In addition to art studies she holds a degree in medical anthropology. Her unconventional, dark and quirky images are found in both her paintings, installations and photographs. A fascination with the hidden, forensic photography and religion studies are influences and themes seen in all of her art work. Since 1999 she has had several group and solo exhibitions in Norway.
