About Requiem
Requiem Magazine was started in December 2011 by Jamie Collins. The first issue came out in January 2012.
Requiem is a magazine that features and promotes new and upcoming poets, as well as established poets.
Everyone should be paid for their work, unfortunately I am unable to pay anyone at this time. Hopefully, in the future if this magazine does well that will change, that’s my goal. What I can offer you now is a chance to have your work published in a magazine and another publishing credit for you. Requiem reserves First North American Serial Rights and whatever Rights we need to publish your poem in our yearly Requiem Anthology Series. Requiem also reserves the right to archive your poem indefinitely on this site. If your work is published somewhere else after being published in Requiem please note that it was published here first.
All work submitted to Requiem will remain the property of the author/artist of said work. By submitting to Requiem, you grant Requiem permission to publish your work in our online magazine as well as a print edition of the magazine or a future Requiem anthology.
